1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TicketAlert 2026 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Is — and What It Is Not

TicketAlert 2026 is a free communication platform that allows football fans to connect with each other regarding tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The App is ONLY a communication tool. Nothing more.

We are NOT:

  • A marketplace
  • A ticket reseller or broker
  • A payment processor
  • An escrow service
  • A ticket verification service
  • A party to any transaction between users

We do NOT:

  • Handle, process, or facilitate payments
  • Verify the authenticity of any ticket
  • Guarantee the completion of any transaction
  • Hold tickets, funds, or any item of value
  • Get involved in disputes between users
  • Mediate communications between users

Our sole role is to provide a platform where fans can post listings and communicate directly with each other. Everything that happens between users — negotiations, agreements, payments, ticket transfers, meetings, outcomes — happens entirely between those users, outside our platform, and at their own risk.

3. User Responsibility and No Liability

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with other users
  • We are not a party to any agreement or transaction made between users
  • We do not guarantee that other users are legitimate, that listings are valid, or that transactions will complete
  • We bear no responsibility or liability for: fake/fraudulent/invalid tickets, failed transactions, payment disputes, financial loss, misrepresentation, in-person meetings, or any damage, harm, or loss from your use of the App

You use the App entirely at your own risk. Verify tickets, identities, and terms independently before any transaction.

4. Eligibility

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Valid email address
  • Accurate account information

5. Your Account

  • Keep credentials secure
  • Do not share your account
  • Provide accurate information
  • One account per person

6. Listing Rules

When posting a listing, you agree to:

  • Post only FIFA World Cup 2026 ticket-related content
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not post fraudulent or misleading listings
  • Respect the limit of 6 active listings at any time
  • Not use the App for commercial-scale reselling or scalping

Listings expire automatically after the match date.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use the App to:

  • Post fraudulent or fake tickets
  • Scam or defraud other users
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Send spam or promotional content
  • Impersonate others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent the 6-listing limit
  • Post illegal, offensive, or infringing content
  • Disrupt or interfere with the App
  • Scrape or extract data

8. Reporting and Moderation

  • Users can report listings and users
  • After 5 reports, content is flagged for review
  • We may remove listings, suspend, or ban violators
  • Banned users may not create new accounts

9. Blocking

  • Block other users anytime
  • Blocked users cannot see your content or message you
  • Blocking is mutual

10. Intellectual Property

  • The App, design, and branding are owned by Nty Style Management LTD
  • You retain ownership of content you post
  • You grant us license to display your content in the App

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do NOT guarantee:

  • Availability or uninterrupted operation
  • Accuracy or legitimacy of listings
  • Successful transactions between users
  • Identity of users

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nty Style Management LTD is NOT liable for any loss, damage, or fraud from user transactions
  • We are NOT liable for fake tickets, failed transactions, or user disputes
  • We are NOT responsible for any financial loss
  • Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid (zero — the App is free)

You use the App at your own risk.

13. Account Deletion

  • Delete anytime from Settings → Delete Account
  • Requires typing "DELETE" to confirm
  • 30-day soft delete period (reactivate by logging in)
  • After 30 days, permanently removed

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes communicated via App or email.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws applicable to Nty Style Management LTD. Disputes resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. FIFA Disclaimer

TicketAlert 2026 is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any national football association. "FIFA World Cup 2026" is used solely to describe the event.
